Machining, inspection, welding or assembly

Features to be produced or checked

List them; 'all dimensions' is not a specification.

Manual load or robot load

Required clamping type

Manual, pneumatic, hydraulic — or leave open for us to propose.

Acceptance criteria

How you will decide the fixture is good: GR&R study, master part, first article.

Machine make and model

Table size and T-slot or grid pattern

Rotary table / trunnion make, model and face size

Include the axis configuration for 3+2 or 5-axis work and the mounting interface.

Spindle taper

BT30 / BT40 / BT50 / CAT / HSK.

Working travels (X / Y / Z)

Available Z clearance above the table

Stack height comes straight out of this.

Existing zero-point interface, if any

Brand and grid pitch (for example, a 52 or 96 mm system where applicable), so compatibility can be checked.

Tool-access / rotary-clearance envelope

Share collision zones, tilt limits and any low-profile height constraints.

Air or hydraulic supply available at the table

Annual volume and batch size

Number of fixtures required

Target cycle time, if it constrains the design

Required delivery date

Destination country and incoterm preference

Documentation required

Dimensional report, material certificates, PPAP level.

Files zipped and under the mail size limit

Or a download link if the model is large.
