Standard catalog items start from 1 piece. For non-standard / custom parts, the MOQ is agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer samples?

We don't keep dedicated samples. If you need a small quantity to evaluate, it is supplied at the regular unit price; that cost is non-refundable and cannot be offset against a later order.

What are your payment terms?

Standard items: full payment with the order. Non-standard / custom items: 50% deposit, with the balance settled before shipment. T/T and L/C accepted.

What is the warranty?

One-year warranty on our products. Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not eligible for return or exchange.

What is your lead time?

Standard items are mostly in stock and ship in about 3 days (some require assembly). For non-standard items, lead time is confirmed per order.
